
From Exposition, select View exhibitor information, open an exposition, double-click an exhibitor, click More, select Contact Maintenance, and click Add/Delete Contacts
Available Contacts
Name - Displays the name of an available contact for the exhibiting company.
Company Title - Displays the contact's title within the exhibiting company.
Current Exhibitor Contacts
Name - Displays the name of an available contact for the exhibiting company.
Contact Type - Displays the type of contact, such as primary, accounting, or sales.
Company Title - Displays the contact's title within the exhibiting company.
Load Previous Expo button
Opens the Load Contacts from Previous Exposition window.
Member Lookup button
Opens the Find window to search for an exhibitor.
To add an exhibitor contact
1. Open the Exhibitor Contacts window:
□ From
Exposition, select View
exhibitor information to open the
View
exhibitor information window.
□ Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
□ Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
□ Click More, and select Contact Maintenance.
2. Click Add/Delete Contacts to open the Manage Contacts window.
3. Click Edit, and add a contact by doing one of the following:
□ Double-click an individual in the list of Available Contacts to add them to the list of Current Exhibitor Contacts (linked by CO_ID).
□ Click Load Previous Expo to add contacts from a previous exposition.
□ Click Member Lookup to find an individual contact.
4. Click Save, and return to the Exhibitor Contacts window.
5. Select an exhibitor contact, and click Edit.
6. Assign a contact type to the selected contact (select a type from Assign Contact Type to selected contact), and click Save.
To delete a contact
1. Open the Exhibitor Contacts window:
□ From
Exposition, select View
exhibitor information to open the
View
exhibitor information window.
□ Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
□ Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
□ Click More, and select Contact Maintenance.
2. Click Add/Delete Contacts to open the Manage Contacts window.
3. Click Edit.
4. Double-click a contact in the list of Current Exhibitor Contacts to remove the contact from the list.
5. Click Save.
To view a list of contacts
1. From Exposition, select View
exhibitor information to open the
View
exhibitor information window.
2. Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
3. Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
4. Click More, and select Display Contacts List.
Note: The contacts list can be set to display automatically if you enable the Contacts Pop Up Window option on the Expo Options window.
